PERSONAL TRAINING (In Person)

Train in the comfort of your home, garden or maybe even home gym! This is an entirely bespoke programme taking into account all your health and fitness needs and goals. Choose your weekly recurring session slot/s to stay on track with a fitness routine that works for you. Packages as follows:

Single PAYG x 60 minute session - £60

Block of 6 x 60 minute sessions - £330

Block of 8 x 60 minute sessions - £420

Sessions can be used how the client chooses. within the realm of the trainer's schedule and availability. Discussed prior to booking. Session blocks are valid for 8 weeks from the date of purchase.

PERSONAL TRAINING (Online)

There is the option to train online via live 1-1 sessions, we'll discuss any requirements including equipment you may have that you'd like to incorporate into your training or just bring yourself! Bodyweight when done right can be highly effective. Options as follows:

Single PAYG x 60 minute session - £40

Block of 6 x 60 minute sessions - £210

Block of 8 x 60 minute sessions - £260

PERSONAL HOME PROGRAMME / WORKOUT PLAN

Perhaps you just want a programme you can do in your own time at home? This is the option for you!

 

After completing a consultation and health form, I'll design a programme entirely unique to what you want to achieve. You'll receive the programme in electronic format and accompanying videos demonstrating the exercises and how to perform them with correct form. Your programme can be updated as and when you feel you've progressed and nailed it. Programmes can be designed depending on how many workouts you want to complete across the week. Most programmes are progressed every 3 weeks. Fill out a progression review form when you want your new programme to be designed.

GROUP CLASSES (Online)

Every week we run group classes online, tune in to feel the team spirit and encouragement of everyone making time to work on improving their health and fitness. These are fun more high energy classes - all are welcome to join, mixed classes both female and men. Go at your own pace and feel the fun of moving your body!
